It would appear that someone at bikiniscience didn't realize that models are supposed to be good looking. And for females, looking like a man is a bad thing. I think the first one IS a man. The second one isn't so bad as she at least is obviously a female. But really, who would actually wear one of those things in public? |

either i would go blind or i would never go to beaches again....
I live on the coast let i haven't been to the beach in a long time.... maybe it's because Northern Californian beaches are too cold... (nope.. no white sand, warm water, etc.) those look painful/uncomfortable too.... |

I was also somewhat traumatized by those "pasties" that some of the other pictures had (esp under the Mermaid Parade chunks). I've seen girls cosplay wearing those too-- totally topless except for a bandaid across a nipple or something.
Sure, technically they're not topless, and if they're good looking enough than guys won't mind at all, but come on girls, have some freaking dignity!! Parading around in public half-nude with stickers on your nipples *still* makes you a slut. *waits for a pastie-wearing cosplayer to snap her head off about being "proud of your body(tm)!"* |

The film in question spoiler[ is indeed The Matrix. Think about it: The show takes place in a "created" world that imprisons what's left of the human race, ruled more or less electronically by a group of machines. A prophecy is made concerning one who will destroy this artificial world. She is hounded by her mechanical enemies, but is protected by a dedicated man and woman who believe in her. On the fateful day, she is killed -- but then comes back to life, thereby saving said world from rule by the alien machines. Sound familiar to anyone else? Of course, it wasn't a completely original premise to begin with -- The Matrix itself borrowed heavily from other sources, including the life of Christ -- but the similarities are certainly there.] I know I'm not the only one to think this way; the sheer number of movie-trailer AMVs second the opinion. ![]() |
