Her top looks deformed, like it isn't properly sitting on her body. It actually kind of looks photoshopped on. Oh, it probably isn't, but it gives that impression. I really don't know what to make of it.

It is named so because it is a smaller version of Fancy Frontier (don't ask me how that came from); FF is held in August (summer vacation) and February (winter vacation + Lunar New Year bonus/allowance), while PF is held in late April / early May and October, when most high school and college students are preparing for midterms, thus less attendance. Furthermore, FF is known for being "male-oriented" while PF is more "female-oriented," with female (moe characters) and male (BL drama CD characters) seiyū guests, respectively.
