sorry for taking up forum space, but i was just wondering.......does anyone know if Fuji tv and Tv Tokyo are broadcast or cable stations in Japan? The reason I ask is cause I'm moving there for a while on the 18th

I've never been to Japan,but I assume they're broadcast stations.Do you know what shows to expect when you get there?I hope you let us know how it goes.

Fuji TV and TV Tokyo are broadcast stations, although Fuji TV does also have separate premium stations such as BS-Fuji (satellite channel), which has a different schedule then the terrestrial station. TV Tokyo and Fuji are one of a few major suppliers of programming in Japan. Although they are based in Tokyo, you can find their programs all over the place.

Y TV is available on 31 regional stations throughout Japan.
