I've been looking forever for a place to get the hunter x hunter theme songs and endings and it's no where in sight. Anyone know where i cant find it?

Techinically, yes. Something is generally considered a bootleg if that something is illegally obtained without a proper kind of exchange between the person wanting it and the creator or licenser, whether it be paying for it or getting permission from an official authority to get it for free.

And technically, these songs are also licensed since someone in Japan produced and copyrighted them or something.

In other words, we can't tell you where to get the mp3s because that would be outright piracy. I'm not going to lie and say I don't download music either, but to uphold the principles of this site, it just isn't allowed. Sorry.
