The lyrics are for the full version of the song maybe thats why it doesn't look familiar.

Okay then. They use different phonetics in Japan than in America.
Edit: I was listening to the song and reading the lyrics at the same time and they're identical. Maybe you're thinking of another song? |

i got confused, i thought that melissa and ready steady go were the same song since on a website it said melissa is first opening to fullmetal alchemist, but on [adultswim] they changed it and made ready steady go first opening song
