I love this anime so far. It has all of the things I look for in anime. Great art, great soundtrack, and interesting and mysterious plot. Anyone know of any other good anime that falls along these lines? The art and the music is a must. I will watch the dumbest things if those two conditions are fufilled. I liked the Onegai series too.

this series kicks as so far as its been subbed. I love every second of it, as well as the characters. our naime lcub is a big fan of it as well, and we use "gao!" in our daily speech almost as if habit.

It is, rather - but what's really said is the way he mangled "anime club":
I swear, people seem to have completely given up on proofreading their posts, before and after posting... - abunai |

actually I was being sarcastic about "gao!". We only use that in the confines of the club, during meetings. And yes I know my typing sucks I dont need to be reminded.
Geez cant I have al ittle fun in here without everything I type being analyzed? holy shit! |

No you can't. Not with Danalyzer as our Chief Encyclopedist. ![]() ![]() Seriously though. Being analytical is part, no, all of my daily life. Trust me, it's a good habit. |

I've watched a few episodes and it was pretty good. What did "gao" mean again?
Edit: This is my 200th post! Gee wiz! |

According to the fansub "Gao" is just Misuzu's cute way of saying "Grrr"..it comes from her love of dinosaurs.

Ok, thanks. I knew it had something to do with dinosaurs but I didn't understand why her mother wouldn't want her to say it. |

"Gao" translates as "roar". So, Misuzu is going around saying "Roar". A pretty silly, childish habit - but we love her for it, don't we, guys?
BTW, in the episode where Yukito borrows a shirt from her, the shirt's printed design features a dinosaur and the romaji: "GAO GAO" - abunai |

for some reason, key studios has the terrible habit of making things like "gao" and "uguuu" sound really cute. and it works...
yea, it's really good. great animation. i think the last story arc will truly prove the brilliance of this show. watching dating sim anime has made me jaded to some of the themes, but it's still good. |

i decided to check this out based on recommendations, and i'm just not seeing the hype. i'm 6 episodes into it, and so far this has got to be one of the most boring anime shows i have ever seen.
