Hey - looking for some help finding an obsure TV show from the early nineties called "Jankenman." It was also known as "Paper Scissors Stone Man" in some english versions. I know it was made by Ashi Productions for TV Tokyo, but that's as much as I can find. All searches so far have been dead ends.
Any advice? |

No, that's not too much to ask. However, I am looking for a way of tracking this show down - and unless I'm just not seeing it, that info doesn't seem to be in the Encyclopedia. I apologize in advance for all my newbie mistakes, but I desperately need to find a copy of this program and truly have no idea where to look.
Any bit of advice would be greatly appreciated . . .

Ah, forgive me. I had understood you to mean that you were interested in information about it, not that you were looking for a copy of it.
I've had a look around, including the various Japanese sites that sell (comparatively) old stuff like this, and I've found a place that sells the Japanese VHS edition, if that has any interest for you. The price for the VHS edition is 10290 Yen including Japanese sales tax. I don't believe they are accustomed to shipping to the non-Japanese adresses, but I suppose you could ask them. -abunai |

I thought neowing were CDJapan? But criminy thats expensive, even for a JP release  . Darn those antique valuations
