Was trying to add the staff for Inukami!, and the sixth volume only coming out in the second omnibus is mucking things up. For anyone not appearing in volumes 4 or 5 (like Adam Arnold on Layout) it would make sense they were either working on Volume 6 content or the compiled omnibus. Worse, some did work in 4 and/or 5, so whether they did anything with Volume 6 material is obscured. So, I just punted and listed them as it came out.

Then there are the assistants, none of whom are already listed in the encyclopedia. For those with a different order, I would be inclined to think the first mention correct, based on how the dialog was translated, but the other-way is in more books.
+Kishio Fujiyo in Volume 1, but Kishio Fujiyoshi in Volumes 2-3
+Ichikawa Uta in Volume 2 (referred to as "Uta-chan" in Volume 4,) but Uta Ichikawa in Volumes 3-6
+Nanjo Akimasa in Volume 2 but Akimasa Nanjo in Volume 3

Any editor recommendations on the precision, or others out there with an insight into the correct assistant names?

I believe the family names, which should come last, are Fujiyo/Fujiyoshi, Ichikawa and Nanjō.

(And I realise now that, when I thought there was something amiss with my cousin's monitor while working on my PC, the problem is actually my eyes.)

The assistants I assume are from the Japanese version so they should really be listed by the volumes of the original manga, not by English omnibus. I take it they cancelled the single volumes for the English release and went to omnibuses instead? Those things are getting popular, although the ones I have are all re-issues (CCS, Chobits, Negima and Rayearth).

Only the final volume was canceled. It's easy to keep the original assistants' precision, because they are only mentioned in the afterwords, which are maintained separately. Only the US staff has a precision problem.
