Umm, if he's 180cms tall, that would be 72in., or 6 ft tall., while the 137cm would be 54.8in., or about 4ft 6in (give or take a few decimals)....kinda was stuck memorizing the whole 1in.= 2.5cm thing from when I was in school.
I haven't read the manga for this, but it sounds like it would be somewhat interesting, and I kinda like 4-koma manga so I'll most likely check this one out.

No, 180cm is just short of 70.9 inches. 1 inch = 2.5 cm works for guesstimating, but it's not exact. 1 inch = 2.54cm is closer to the truth.

That's odd, always saw the whole 30 cm = 12 inches thing, but either way it makes the second figure given rounded and not exact, so it should say "about" for both of em, though it does put a bit of egg on my face. That said, it does mean I'm 3cm taller than I thought I was, which puts me at this grade school kid's height /cry.

How much more tired, exhausted and desperate an imagination has to be to come up with this ridiculous setting?

Yeah. It feels like your typical 60's wacky sitcom, like "The Flying Nun" or "My Mother's a Car."

Sure you didn't mistaken "your" with "you're"?

No, I think people have always thought your(e) hilarious.
This is definitely something that could only be done in a comic strip, because it would have to be Gadaffi in a full size comic.

Your opinion has been noted, and I take it personally.
