Actually, the official movie website (http://www.conan-movie.jp) calls the movie "Strategy Above the Depths" in English.

Rumors say this is the last movie...Sure hope not!

Unless the series itself ends, I find it highly unlikely that it will be the last movie. They always do well in theaters. Plus, they kick ass.
