Some guys really have a good sense of taste.
These guys might not. But, it's basically a generic hug pillow. |

Totally the product-related announcement I wanted to hear after Aniplex USA's localization of Madoka
 . Guess it's too soon to expect a follow-up announcement on the home video release, though...

Most of the time, we just have these things come out. Thank God we got an official announcement of this one, so that everyone can publicly declare where they stand on the issue of "hugging pillows" with 14 year old girls in bikinis.
For the record, it is creepy and horrible. |

Considering this one doesn't even qualify as ecchi, I have to wonder if you could find the adjectives to describe some dakimakura. Frankly, I find the front side image more disturbing than the bikini. |

The watch is a missed opportunity. You could've had the ears point to the minutes and seconds while the watch face waits for you to cave and finally put in the battery so the circuit can make a contact.

I was actually referring to the very existence of hug-pillows in general. I am aware that this is a very restrained example of the product type, and I am tragically aware of the less restrained versions of these [expletive] things. Pun intended. |

So, why exactly is this news worthy? Plenty of things get dakimakuras. I love Madoka, but I don't think these product announcments are really worth of being on the front page.

Madoka is a ridiculously popular show that just finished airing only recently and it has a little bit of moe with it, thats why. |
