Can anyone give me a link to a good, reputable site that offers Anime merchandice from Japan. Not DVD's mind you, but stuff like posters, tshirts, figures, etc. Thanks.

Yep, HLJ is the absolute best, you'll always pay Japanese retail there. There are only two drawbacks though.
1. Being based in Japan you have to pay for overseas shipping. 2. Also from being based in Japan they're prevented from selling prize items like UFO catcher dolls or coin machine toys by law. Here are some other options: www.wizzywig.com Great selection, prices can be a bit high sometimes, also sell some really unusual items. www.mugentoys.com $7.50 flat rate shipping, some really great deals, some hard to find items. www.bigbadtoystore.com Always has the newest stuff, 4.99 flat rate shipping, great Transformers selection! 
www.rightstuf.com Not just anime, the do sell several other items as well. www.ncsx.com Mostly known for import video games, but also has a good selection of toys, Japanese game magazine, and just about everything else. www.action-hq.com Huge variety, a lot of random stuff, shipping condition can be spotty though, located in Hong Kong, some very early arivals on American stuff. http://shop.store.yahoo.com/atamaii/index.html Some of the best trading figure deals online, some other good deals around, owner is a member of this forum.

I actually have found, wait for it....eBay, to be good for figures, and i have had some stuff from Japan, its been pretty good.
