The one with the choir....y'know when things are getting REAL bad for the earth (but good for our souls....irony Very Happy )

I love that song. I tried looking at the end credits to see who did it, but it wasn't listed. They sound american, but I could be wrong. Was this just some music put together for the movie or is this a actual group? Thanks.

Is it actually supposed to have a German name?
Or is that the name of the German dub of the song?

If you pick up the OST, you'll notice some of the BGM have German sounding names because some of songs came for classical music. I know one of them was from one of Bach works. But, Komm, Süsser Tod means in German, "Come, Sweet Death."

Yes, the actual title is the German name. It was written especially for Eva, but the title is actually from a work Bach did of the same name.

Or did he mean tracks "False Regeneration" and "Escape to the Beginning" of the OST which also have a choir. They begin slowly and quiet but they pick up pace and volume quickly. These two are almost the same and start playing at different parts of the film. First one starts playing when spoiler[Asuka wakes up at bottom of the lake] and the second when spoiler[Rei fuses herself with Lilith and starts growing]. They were composed by the Evalgelion OSTs composer Shiro Sagisu.

Good point, that's what I get for skipping over the first post since I saw someone had apparently answered it.
