They're not referring to 3D display, but rather 3D character models. That doesn't scream 3DS at all.  Nor will you get a region-free game on the 3DS, nor would it get localized.

This is a song that has been easily available for free everywhere long before it was on sale on iTunes, and it's #7 in sales for international music. Piracy must really be hitting the industry hard.

And its previous availability as nothing to do with piracy necessarily but your analogy is reasonable I think. Supercell has made this song and others freely available on their own blog site since the very beginning. http://www.supercell.sc/index.html ryo last post is thanking everyone for the iTunes sales...

Looks like it's hit #6 now, although that's only if you access the rankings inside iTunes. The website still shows #7...
