Hello,
I am looking for the name of many anime programs I watched as a child in the 70s. (I can only simulate the words to the songs.)
One program showed what seemed to be traditional Japanese folk tales and it came on with a boy riding a dragon. The song, sung by women, started (something like these sounds)
O ya, yo i ko no mein desuna?...
Ha ha no mesumi no komoiu ta....
shi e wase yo...
It was always narrated by someone who always first said mukashi mukashi...and many were tragic tales.

any help I would be grateful.

Another one was about a boy and a bear toy ...
Song: .... ho mo no dai, origami hikoki ho mo no dai
o to na wa shi a nai ta ke na no sa! ...u me no te kaigna ho mo no dai.
Pakudu ta ta cha mise goran...

I have found some of them in the encyclopedia:
Candy Candy
Gowapper5
UFO Robo Grendizer
Yattaman
Attack No.1
Ikyusan
Dingard Ace

Do people have copies of these to sell? I have to find out how to buy them!!
Thanks to any who can help me!!

Could the first of these possibly be Tatsu no ko Tarou (English title: "Taro the Dragon Boy")?

Boya~ yoikoda nenneshina
ima mo mukashi mo kawarinaku~
haha no megumi no komoriuta
tooi~ mukashi no monogatari~~~

That's the song, right?
I just know what you're talking about. I used to watch it, too. The program (it ran for years) is a collection of old Japanese folk tales, half-anime, half-kamishibai style. All the voices and narrations were done by two people.
The program is called "Manga Nippon Mukashi-banashi."
