Well, neither of the Fractale spots show a whole lot but I imagine that a translation would really help out there. Still pretty excited about it however since it's been a while since I watched a straight up fantasy anime.

Hana-saku Iroha will premiere in the spring instead of summer as according to the official website. Looks like it's going to end up as one of my favorite anime.

I love how it actually looks like Kishida Mel art in animation form this time as that was my one disappointment with Soranowoto, which I enjoyed, after seeing those great designs and having it look like exactly like K-On instead was a surprise. It looks like Atelier Rorona/Totori like it should this time 
I'm not usually overly interested in slice-of-life shows but some are good so I'll also probably check it out since PA's once again got one of my favorite newer directors on it in Masahiro Ando of Sword of the Stranger and Canaan (also with PA Works) fame. It'll be interesting seeing him tackle something like this since I've gotten to consider him more of an action director after those two awesome works. I hope it's actually slice-of-life and not really a romance focused show though as I'd rather it just be some light and interesting since the animation and art look gorgeous and I don't care for mostly predictable romance show much at all. And I'm curious about what Fractale's going to be. |

The purple hair is gone! Clain doesn't have a chubby face! Yippee! Nessa looks nice with red hair. Now we need a trailer with her eyes open.

Hana-Saku Iroha looks amazing! I loved the promo...it was so pwettiful, and the song was downright gorgeous. I'm officially in love with P.A. Works now (erm...wasn't I already? o_O). And, hey, Kanae Ito! My day just got better!
The Fractale spots wouldn't load, so I had to go watch one on YouTube. (Some amazing user was kind enough to sub it for us.) But it looks really nice---do want good ol' fantasy anime~ And the main guy (Clain or Crane...pick one, guys!) is so cute. xD He's even voiced by a girl, it seems. (*checks* Oh hai, Yu Kobayashi.) But I'm waiting to see something about that purple-pigtailed chick in the promo picture...is that the Nessa girl from the summary? And I'm guessing the brown-haired girl in the promo is Phryne? o_O Erm, either way, looks good! I'm watching, how 'bout you? xD |
