Anime Boston 2024 Announces Yuya Hirose and Yuki Watanabe As Next Guests of Honor
BOSTON — Anime Boston, the largest anime convention in New England, announced Yūya Hirose and Yuki Watanabe will be appearing at Anime Boston at the Hynes Convention Center, Boston, Mass, on March 29 through 31, 2024.
In association with HIDIVE, Yūya Hirose and Yuki Watanabe will be making their first U.S. convention appearance at Anime Boston.
Yūya Hirose was born on April 9, is from Chiba Prefecture, and is affiliated with Arts Vision. His notable works include “Chained Soldier” as Yuki Wakura, “SSSS.GRIDMAN” as Yuta Hibiki, “Kinsō no Vermeil” as Alto Goldfield, and “IDOLiSH7” as Isumi Haruka, among others.
In 2009, Yuki Watanabe joined Tsuburaya Productions, where he became involved in rights management, events, and video production for the “Ultraman” series. In 2018, he had a fateful encounter with voice actor Yūya Hirose through the broadcast of “SSSS.GRIDMAN.” After joining Pony Canyon in 2019, he began full-scale production of anime works. “Chained Soldier” marks his second anime collaboration with Yūya Hirose as a lead actor.
