Muse Asia Streams New Game!!, Woodpecker Detective's Office Anime on YouTube

Muse Asia's YouTube channel began streaming the second season of the television anime adaptation of Shōtarō Tokunō's New Game!! manga on Friday and the television anime of Kei Ii's Woodpecker Detective's Office (Kitsutsuki Tantei-Dokoro) mystery novel on Sunday.
The channel will stream episodes of both anime titles daily in India as well as in Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.
Woodpecker Detective's Office premiered in April 2020. Muse Asia describes its story:
It is the end of the Meiji Era.
The genius poet Ishikawa Takuboku, who's struggling financially, starts a detective business out of his lodging in response to a certain murder case.
He calls it the Woodpecker Detective's Office. "The ghosts of the Twelve-Story Tower in Asakusa," "the man-eating figure who wanders the streets on snowy nights"...
Takuboku involves himself in one bizarre case after another with his hometown acquaintance, Kindaichi Kyosuke, as his assistant.
Shinpei Ezaki (Monster Strike The Movie, Hanebad!, Gunslinger Stratos: The Animation) was chief director of the anime at LIDEN FILMS. Tomoe Makino (episode director for Tsuredure Children, Shōwa Genroku Rakugo Shinjū, Haven't You Heard? I'm Sakamoto) directed the series. LIDEN FILMS is also credited with production alongside Tôhoku Shinsha. Taku Kishimoto (91 Days, Silver Spoon, Haikyu!! three seasons) oversaw the series scripts, and manga creator Kaoru Saki is credited with the original character designs. Shuichi Hara (Lost Song, Alice in the Country of Hearts: Wonderful Wonder World) adapted those character designs for animation, and MONACA composed the music. Youji Shimizu was the sound director.
Makoto Furukawa performed the opening theme song "Honjitsu mo Makoto ni Seiten Nari" (The Skies Are Clear Again Today), and NOW ON AIR performed the ending theme song "Gondola no Uta" (Gondola Song).
Kei Ii published the novel's first edition in the regular tankōbon format through Tokyo Sogensha in 1999. Tokyo Sogensha re-released the novel in the smaller bunko format in 2008.
The second season of New Game!! premiered in July 2017. Muse Asia describes the season:
Exactly one year has passed since Aoba graduated from high school and joined the game company Eagle Jump, and the season has come for new employees to join the company like she once did. Aoba's heart beats inexplicably when she thinks that she, once a new employee who didn't know anything, has gradually grown up with the help of Ko and the others and is finally going to become a senior. To ease her nervousness, she practised her greeting at the entrance of Eagle Jump, but when Rin came, she hears unexpected words.
The first season of New Game! premiered in July 2016.
Tokunō launched the manga in Houbunsha's Manga Time Kirara Charat magazine in 2013.
