Ani-One Streams Akame ga Kill Anime on YouTube

Channel streams episode of anime daily at 3:30 p.m. IST

Ani-One Asia began streaming the Akame ga KILL! anime on YouTube on Thursday. The channel will stream an episode of the anime daily at 3:30 p.m. IST.

Alongside India and Hong Kong, the anime will stream in Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, Fiji, Guam, Indonesia, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nauru, Nepal, New Caledonia, Northern Mariana Islands, Pakistan, Palau, Papua New Guinea, the Philippines, Samoa, Singapore, Solomon Islands, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Timor-Leste, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, and Vietnam.

Ani-One describes the anime:

A young countryside boy called Tatsumi sets to the capital with the dream to earn money for his impoverished hometown. During his journey, he meets Night Raid, a group of assassins which dedicates to eliminating the corruption plaguing the capital by mercilessly killing those responsible. Tatsumi ends up joining Night Raid to fight against injustice…

The anime premiered in July 2014.

Tomoki Kobayashi (Tears to Tiara, sola) directed the anime, and Makoto Uezu (Danganronpa The Animation, Qwaser of Stigmata) was in charge of the series scripts with original creator Takahiro supervising the scenario. Kazuhisa Nakamura (Jormungand) designed the characters, and Taku Iwasaki (Black Butler, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Gatchaman Crowds) composed the music.

Takahiro and Tetsuya Tashiro ended their Akame ga KILL! manga in December 2017. The manga launched in 2010 in Square Enix's Monthly Gangan Joker magazine. The prequel manga, Akame ga KILL! ZERO, launched in 2013 and ended with its 10th volume.
