Jio Telecom Services Offers Free Disney+ Hotstar Subscriptions with Prepaid Cellphone Plans

Reliance's Jio telecom service announced on YouTube on Saturday that its prepaid cellphone plans will be offering a free subscription to the Disney+ Hotstar streaming service. The company released the details of the offer on Twitter on Sunday.

Free access to the Disney+ Hotstar streaming service is available on purchase of three different Jio prepaid plans:
- ₹401 Recharge
- ₹2599 Annual Recharge
- ₹1208 Data Add-On
The Disney+ Hotstar streaming service offers access to anime titles such as Shin-chan and Doraemon.
21st Century Fox launched the Hotstar streaming service in February 2015. Disney India combined the service with its Disney+ streaming service in February 2020.
