Akio Ohtsuka, who plays Lion, will perform the ending theme song "White-Collar Elegy." The song's single will ship on November 6.
The anime will premiere on Tokyo MX in October. The show stars:

- Akira Ishida as Company President Turtle
Tetsuya Tatamitani is the show's director, chief animation director, art director, background artist, color designer, and director of photography. HOTZIPANG is animating the show, and is also the show's original character designer and prop designer. Yūichirō Momose is writing and overseeing the scripts, and Tako Yamaguchi is composing the music.
Hiro Shimono is performing the opening theme song "Soul Flag."
Gamu's comedy manga follows a lion, lizard, and toucan as they live the lives of office workers in a capitalist society in Japan, while also dealing with their unique situations as animals living beyond the savanna and the food chain.
Gamu launched the manga on the Gene pixiv manga website in December 2014.
The manga inspired an anime that debuted in Production I.G's "Tate Anime" (Vertical Anime) smartphone app (now "Anime Beans") in June 2017. The 2017 anime featured a different voice cast from the new project.
The new television anime adaptation was previously listed as "Project #1" for the manga.
