The September issue of Futabasha's Monthly Action magazine revealed on Thursday that Azure Konno's Nobunaga Sensei no Osanazuma manga will end in the magazine's next issue on August 24.
Crunchyroll streamed the manga's anime adaptation with the title Nobunaga Teacher's Young Bride, and it describes the story:
One day, there'll be a girl who'll fall head over heels for me." Nobunaga was a teacher who was waiting for that kind of dating sim event to happen in real life. One day, a 14 year old girl named Kicho appears in front of him, saying that she's his wife?! Apparently she came from the Warring States era and seems to have mistaken Nobunaga for the Oda Nobunaga and tells him that she wants to have his children. An age-gap love comedy featuring a teacher with a dating sims brain and a princess with a warring states era brain!!
Konno launched the manga in Futabasha's Monthly Action magazine in May 2017. Futabasha will publish the manga's fourth compiled book volume on March 12. The television anime adaptation premiered on April 6.
Konno's earlier Koe de Oshigoto! manga ran from 2008 to 2013 and inspired a two-episode original video anime in 2010. Media Blasters licensed and released the anime in 2014.
Digital Manga Publishing licensed Konno's Shiritsu Hakanai Gakuen manga in 2014 under the title No Pants, No Problem, but the title is no longer listed on the company's website. The manga began in 2013 and Futabasha published a total of five compiled book volumes for the series.
