Manga artist Kaori Ozaki announced on her blog on January 4 that the final chapter of her The Golden Sheep (Kin no Hitsuji) manga will run in the April issue of Kodansha's Afternoon magazine, which ships on February 25. The manga had a chapter in the magazine's February issue but was on break in the March issue due to the length of the final chapter.
Vertical will release the manga's first volume in English in September, and it describes the story:
Tsugu-chan is separated from her friends (Sora, Yuushin and Asari) when she moves away. After a few years, she finally returns and is happy to be reunited with them. Tsugu-chan believes that her friends didn't change, but that doesn't turn out to be the case.
Ozaki launched the manga in Kodansha's Afternoon magazine in September 2017, and Kodansha shipped the second volume on September 21.
Vertical previously released Ozaki's The God's Lie manga in English, and Tokyopop published eight volumes of Ozaki's 11-volume Immortal Rain manga.
