Blue Exorcist Manga Inspires Smartphone Game in 2019

Aniplex announced on Saturday at the Jump Festa '19 event that Kazue Katō's Blue Exorcist (Ao no Exorcist) manga is inspiring a new smartphone game titled Ao no Exorcist: Damned Chord.
The game's official Twitter account is streaming a promotional video. The video features the song "Me & Creed [nZkv]" by Hiroyuki Sawano [nZk]: Sayuri.

The Twitter account also revealed a visual.
The game will be free to play, but will have optional in-game purchases. A1-Pictures is in charge of animation for the game, and Katō herself is in charge of the original character designs and the game's plot. Aniplex is in charge of planning, and Esprit is developing the strategy role-playing game.
Katō launched the manga in Jump SQ. in 2009. The manga has inspired two television anime adaptations, an anime film, several OVAs, novels, and a series of stage plays.
