Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Game Gets Remaster for PS4, Switch (Updated)

Sony's "PlayStation LineUp Tour" streaming event on Monday revealed that Square Enix will release a remaster of the Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Gamecube game for the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. The Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Remastered Edition will launch in 2019.

Square Enix released the game in Japan in August 2003, and in North America in February 2004. The game featured a single-player campaign, but also featured a multiplayer mode where up to four players could connect their Game Boy Advance consoles to the Gamecube to play.
Update: Square Enix has revealed an English release for the game and an English trailer. The trailer also reveals the game is getting a release on Nintendo Switch in addition to PS4.
