Manga is inspiring ongoing net anime

Denpa's Ed Chavez revealed in an interview with anime and manga podcast Reverse Thieves on Monday that Denpa has licensed TAa's Today's Menu for Emiya Family (Today's Menu for Emiya Family) manga.

The manga runs on Kadokawa's Young Ace Up website, and the third compiled volume will ship on September 22. The story, based on Type-Moon's Fate/stay night franchise, revolves around the delicious, beautiful cuisine that the Emiya family enjoy from day to day, no matter what the season is. Makoto Tadano is the "food supervisor" for the manga.

An anime adaptation premiered in December, and Aniplex of America began streaming the series on Crunchyroll on January 25 to coincide with the Japanese streaming premiere. New episodes debut online on the first of every month.

Chavez announced Denpa as a new North American manga publisher at Otakon last month. The company will have its own digital reading platform, and all of its titles will get print releases.
