This year's 25th issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine revealed on May 21 that Yoshikazu Amami (Battle Spirits Burning Soul) is launching a spinoff of Eiichiro Oda's One Piece manga titled Chin Piece in the July issue of Saikyō Jump, which will ship on June 1.
Amami posted a preview image of the manga from Shonen Jump's 25th issue on Thursday.

Oda has "officially authorized" the spinoff series according to Shueisha and Amami. Amami added in the above Twitter post that he can't really explain about the content of the manga because it varies but said he wanted to say one thing about the series: "I'm sorry."
Amami launched the Hit Saku no Tsumeaka Kudasai! essay manga on Shueisha's Shonen Jump+ app on November 4. The manga's first chapter had featured Oda (in his fish avatar form), as Amami recalled his various interactions with Oda.
Man-gatarō (Gatarō Man) had published a One Piece parody manga with the same Chin Piece title in Weekly Shonen Jump in September, and the title referred to Man-gatarō's own Chinyūki ~Tarō to Yukai na Nakama-tachi~ manga.
