Game slated for 2018
Nintendo announced during its E3 press conference on Tuesday that a new Kirby title is coming to Nintendo Switch in 2018. Nintendo began streaming a trailer:
The game uses HD graphics, and Kirby will be able to use the special abilities, such as Sword, Fire and Water. Kirby can also recruit enemies, and create teams with other players.
Nintendo released Team Kirby Clash Deluxe on April 12 for Nintendo 3DS. The game is free-to-start and is available for download on the Nintendo eShop.
Nintendo also recently announced two more Kirby games for the Nintendo 3DS. The first, Kirby's Blowout Blast, will ship later this year but no release date has been confirmed. The second game is an untitled multiplayer action game that will ship this winter.
