The May issue of Shogakukan's Ciao magazine published the final chapter of Hitsuji Tsujinaga's PriPara manga on April 3. The issue also revealed that the magazine's next issue will launch a new PriPara manga series on May 1.
The manga adapts syn Sophia's game of the same name. The story revolves around LaLa, an elementary school girl who wants to become an idol in PriPara, a sport that judges girls on their song, dance, and fashion. The invitation to the sport is through a PriPara ticket. Even though elementary school students are not allowed to become PriPara idols, through many events, she passes the audition and becomes an idol.
