Bravely Default: Flying Fairy Manga Ends

Adaptation of 3DS RPG's story began in 2014

Kadokawa's web manga site Famitsu Comic Clear published the final chapter of Nao Mitaka and Taiki Saizu's Bravely Default: Flying Fairy manga. The chapter thanked readers and asked them to await Mitaka's next work.

Mitaka began drawing the manga for simultaneous publication in Weekly Famitsu magazine and Comic Clear in November 2014, and Saizu worked on the story composition. The third and fourth volumes will ship on February 15.

Kadokawa's Dengeki Online website also published a Bravely Default tutorial manga by "Tarō Karaage" in 2013.

Square Enix released the original Bravely Default: Flying Fairy game for the Nintendo 3DS in October 2012. An enhanced version of the game, titled Bravely Default: For the Sequel in Japan, shipped in Japan on the Nintendo 3DS in December 2013 and in North America in February 2014.

Square Enix released the Bravely Second: End Layer Nintendo 3DS sequel game in Japan in April 2015, in Europe on February 26, and in North America on April 15. Silicon Studio is developing a Bravely Default Fairy's Effect smartphone game.
