Digital Manga Inc.'s Juné imprint's Facebook page announced on Monday that it has licensed Junko's Ōji no Kikan (The Prince's Time) manga. Juné gave a tentative release schedule of late spring/summer 2017 for the compiled book volume.
Juné also announced that the third volume of Kou Yoneda's Twittering Birds Never Fly is tentatively slated to ship in February 2017. In addition, the company plans to release the 10th volume of Hinako Takanaga's The Tyrant Falls in Love manga next year.
The MangaBox app describes The Prince's Time:
Kou Satake was shocked upon reuniting with his cousin Fumihiro at his younger sister's wedding. Fumihiro, who was once a fat, ugly man, has become as fine as a prince. Meanwhile, Kou has become a boring salaryman. Kou has become self-conscious about this, not realizing that Fumihiro had been yearning for him.
The one compiled volume also contains two other short stories about love between childhood friends. Taiyoh Tosho originally published the one compiled volume in May 2010.
Juné previously published Junko's one-volume Mr. Mini Mart manga in 2013.
Junko began the manga Kiss Him, Not Me in Kodansha's Bessatsu Friend magazine in 2013, and Kodansha Comics is publishing the series in North America. Crunchyroll is publishing new chapters of the series in English digitally simultaneously with the Japanese release. The television anime adaptation of the manga will premiere in Japan on October 6.
