Moogles Will be a 'Not Very Chatty Extra' in Final Fantasy XV

After a fan poll asking if Moogles should be included in Final Fantasy XV, game director Hajime Tabata said on the official Twitter account that the game will feature Moogles in a "fun little way."

His full statement reads:

Congrats Moogle! I'd like to thank everyone that voted. I will think of a fun little way to feature Moogles in Final Fantasy XV. Importantly, at this stage of development I will not be making a trade off with the other work remaining in order to fit them in. So it won't be a very chatty Moogle, but will be done with a suitably light level of development work as a fun little Final Fantasy XV extra.

Tabata also announced that the pre-beta for the game is complete, and confirmed that Square Enix will reveal more information at a special event in March. Square Enix previously promised to reveal the game's release date at a March event.

Square Enix plans to release Final Fantasy XV for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in 2016. The game will launch worldwide simultaneously.
