Ultraman X Teaser Video Confirms July 14 Premiere

The official website of the Ultraman X television series began streaming the teaser for the series last Friday. The teaser previews Kensuke Takahashi in costume, and confirms the show's July 14 premiere date.
Takahashi (Hamatora stage play) stars as the 41st new Ultra Hero Daichi Ōzora, and Kiyotaka Taguchi (Ultraman Ginga S) is returning to direct. The show will air on TV Tokyo.
The story takes place in a world where an ultra solar flare has awakened human-shaped beings called "Spark Dolls" from the depths of the Earth. Daichi Ōzora becomes Ultraman X to battle giants, kaiju, and aggressive aliens alongside the special defense team Xio.
The Ultraman Ginga S Kessen! Ultra 10 Yūshi!! film, a follow-up to the 2014 television series Ultraman Ginga S, opened in March.
