No Wii U Port Planned for Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate

Capcom U.S.A. associate online and community specialist Yuri Garuga confirmed that there are no current plans to release Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate (Monster Hunter 4G in Japan) for the Wii U console. The previous title in the series, Monster Hunter 3 was released for the Wii, Nintendo 3DS, and Wii U.
Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate will arrive in North America for the Nintendo 3DS in early 2015. The game will have online multi-player support. However Garuga noted that Japanese players and U.S. players will not be able to play together because each language version is hosted on separate servers.
