Bandai Namco Games began streaming a third promotional video for its upcoming Kamen Rider Battride War II PS3 and Wii U video game on Thursday.
The game's villain appears in the video and introduces himself as "Cinema." The video also introduces the fifteen lead Heisei riders by name, and also features other riders from the most recent Kamen Rider series, Kamen Rider Gaim. Tokugawa Yoshimune of Abarenbō Shōgun, who appears in the Kamen Rider OOO Wonderful film (as played by Ken Matsudaira), also appears in the game as an ally.
The game will "shift the stage to the movies" and feature the powered-up forms that appear in the franchise's films, such as Kamen Rider OOO Super Tatoba Combo from Kamen Rider x Kamen Rider Fourze & OOO: Movie War Mega Max, Kamen Rider Fourze Meteor Nadeshiko Fusion States from Kamen Rider x Kamen Rider Wizard & Fourze: Movie War Ultimatum, and Kamen Rider Infinity Dragon Gold from Kamen Rider x Kamen Rider Gaim & Wizard: Tenka Wakeme no Sengoku Movie Daigassen. The game will feature actor and singer Mitsuru Matsuoka (Kamen Rider W Forever: A to Z/The Gaia Memories of Fate).
The game will come in both standard and "Premium TV & MOVIE Sound Edition." The premium edition will include 40 songs from the franchise and retail for 10,450 yen (about US$105). Namco Bandai Games will release both versions on June 26.
