Promo featuring Nana Mizuki/T.M. Revolution's opening song reads, "The revolution has begun."

The official website for the Valvrave the Liberator (Kakumeiki Valvrave) anime series posted the fourth promotional video for the anime's second season on Monday. The promotional video recaps the events of the first season, and Haruto suffers from increased effects from his “curse.” Haruto is resolved to learn about the the Valvraves, the reason behind the war, and more about himself, as well. The text in the video reads, “The revolution has begun.” The promo also features the new opening theme "Kakumei Dualism" (Revolution Dualism) from singers Nana Mizuki and T.M. Revolution.

Note: The below video is region-locked to Japan.

The story of Valvrave the Liberator began in the year Shinreki ("True Calendar") 71, when 70% of the human race lives in space due to the development of a space city called "Dyson Sphere." Between two major powers — the Dorssia Military Pact Federation and the Atlantic Ring United States (ARUS) — there is a small neutral nation called JIOR that has prospered economically. The protagonist Haruto Tokishima (voiced by Ryota Ohsaka), a high school student who lives in JIOR, encounters the mysterious "forbidden" humanoid weapon Valvrave when the Dorssian army invades.

The second season will premiere on Japanese television on October 10. The first season aired from April-June this year. Crunchyroll streamed the first season as it aired, and Aniplex of America licensed the first season for home video release, and will stream the second season in North America as it airs in Japan.
