Bandai America Registers 'space-dandy.us' Domain

Bandai America Inc. registered the "space-dandy.us" domain on July 29. The production company Bandai Visual had registered the "space-dandy.jp" domain last month.

Anime studio BONES filed for trademark registration on "Space Dandy" with the Japan Patent Office for a variety of goods last year. BONES is working with director Shinichiro Watanabe (Macross Plus, Cowboy Bebop, Samurai Champloo, Kids on the Slope) on an original television anime series, but the studio has not confirmed if the projects are the same.
