FLIPFLOPs' supernatural comedy inspired 2011 TV anime
Volume 33 of Akita Shoten's Champion RED Ichigo magazine published the final chapter of the creator duo FLIPFLOPs' supernatural comedy manga Nekogami Yaoyorozu on Friday.
The story follows Mayu, a Cat God who ends up living in an antique shop run by a girl named Yuzu Komiya. FLIPFLOPs launched the manga in 2007, and the fifth compiled volume went on sale last September. A twelve-episode anime series aired from July 2011 to September 2011, and Crunchyroll streamed it under the name Cat God.
