Redline Wins Fantasia Audience Award for Animated Film

Legend of the Millennium Dragon (Onigamiden), 13 Assassins also screened in Montreal
Takeshi Koike's racing action anime Redline won the Audience Award for Best Animated Film at the Fantasia Festival in Montreal. The 15th edition of the festival ran from July 14 to August 7 and pulled in more than 100,000 attendees over its run.
Another audience award went to Takashi Miike's live-action Japanese film 13 Assassins.
Among the other animated films screened were Studio Pierrot's historical supernatural anime Legend of the Millennium Dragon (Onigamiden).
