Death Note, Gundam 00's Mamoru Miyano Marries, Fathers Child (Updated)

Mamoru Miyano, the voice actor best known for playing the main characters in the Death Note and Mobile Suit Gundam 00 anime, has announced on Monday via an online message that he entered his name into an official family register — effectively announcing that he had gotten married. He then said that he has been "blessed with a new life" — effectively announcing that he has fathered a child. Miyano also posted a video message on the Nico Nico Douga website that has now been seen over 23,000 times and received over 7,700 comments. (Registration in Japanese is required to watch videos on Nico Nico's website, but there are no geographical restrictions on who can watch.)
