ImaginAsian TV Plans New LA Theater
posted on by Zac Bertschy
At Anime Expo 2006, ImaginAsian TV's Justin Sevakis discussed the growing network's plans for a new entertainment complex in Los Angeles.
The network's plans call for a new west coast theater in addition to their location in New York City, which routinely screens both live-action asian cinema and anime. The new complex will include a state of the art theater with both digital and 35mm capability, including technology that will allow subtitles to be projected on the screen for films that don't yet have them. The complex will also boast karaoke rooms and a beer garden; it's scheduled to open February 2007, between Little Tokyo and Chinatown in Los Angeles.
