Navarre Withdraws Stock Offering to Finance Funimation Purchase

Navarre Corp has issued a statement to the effect that it has has canceled ts public stock offering that was to be used to finance the company's purchase of Funimation. The purchase is still expected to go through by May 15th, but the cash portion of the deal will be financed from other venues.
