Sen To Chihiro Japanese DVD release

To be released in 3 formats, Regular Edition, Special Edition and Special Edition DVD Player Combo.
Sen to Chihiro, which recently passed the 30 Billion Yen mark (US$ 230 Million) at the Japanese Box Office, willbe released on DVD this summer.
The DVD release will come in three editions, the regular edition, the limited edition collectors' edition and the limited edition DVD player edition.

Regular edition:
2 discs, picture discs, includes storyboards for the entire film and film trailers, packaged in an Amaray double box
Pre-orders will also receive the "Haku's rice ball" figure (the rice ball is being held by promotion manager Itoi Shigesato).

Limited edition collector's edition:

Comes with set of 3 movie posters, oil store diorama, Berlin Film Festival press booklet and "Haku's rice ball" figure.

Meacnwhile Sen remained in Japan's top 10 list last week, playing in 130 theatres throughout Japan. Starting this weekend (April 6th) Sen will only be featured in 40 thatres across Japan.
