Crunchyroll Stats: The Most Globally Streamed Anime for May 2019

Crunchyroll's streaming user base spans the globe with at least 50 million registered users (and more unregistered) tuning in to service's simulcasts and back catalog for their anime fix. Each month, Crunchyroll is sharing some of its streaming stats to shed light on what anime fans around the world are watching. Here's a look at the "most engaged" countries and a snapshot of the top shows.
May's most dedicated viewers can be found in Uruguay, Romania, and the Philippines where viewers were marathoning their faves all month. The top 10 most engaged countries (per subscriber are):
Crunchyroll stated that on the global average, its viewers spend about 85 minutes per day watching anime. The top 20 hottest anime this month worldwide are listed below in alphabetical order. The list shows that action properties remain popular even if they ended years ago (Bleach) and the isekai subgenre is still going strong with fans.
Crunchyroll also revealed the top titles for its international viewers in the U.K., Mexico, South America, and Russia. The lists show that no matter where you're watching, anime fans love their hot-blooded heroes.
