Goodnight Punpun Creator Inio Asano Pens 2nd Song for Dempagumi.inc Idols

The idols of Dempagumi.inc got a little help from a manga artist on their newest single, "Oyasumi Polaris Sayonara Parallel World." Inio Asano, the creator of Dead Dead Demon's Dededededestruction, Goodnight Punpun, and Solanin, wrote the lyrics for the song. It's Asano's second collaboration with the group after previously writing lyrics for their September 2015 release "Ashita Chikyū ga Konagona ni natte mo" (Even if the Earth Shatters Tomorrow). Asano also drew the inside jacket illustration for the first press, limited edition CD, vinyl, and cassette of that release.
"Oyasumi Polaris Sayonara Parallel World" was arranged by jazz pianist H ZETT M (Masayuki Hiizumi). The single includes the titular named track, The Disastrous Life of Saiki K. second season's ending theme "Psihakkenden," and the song "Girametasu Dempa Stars." It's the first single by Dempagumi.inc with its current idol line-up.
The single will have multiple release versions, with one limited edition version's jacket drawn by The Disastrous Life of Saiki K. creator Shūichi Asō. All versions of the single will go on sale on April 4.
