Pom Pom Purin Dashes Ahead in Sanrio's 2016 Character Popularity Poll

Voting opened on Sunday for Sanrio's 2016 character popularity poll. Leading the pack is last year's winner Pom Pom Purin, followed by the steadfast Cinnamon in second, and My Melody in third. Despite his lackadaisical nature, Gudetama is sitting at fourth place, followed by Yoshikitty, the mascot created in collaboration with X Japan's YOSHIKI.
