Hatsune Miku's 6th Birthday Concert to Be Shown in LA/NYC Theaters

Live Viewing Japan announced on Thursday that it will host the American theatrical premieres of the Hatsune Miku Magical Mirai Concert 2013 events in Los Angeles and New York City on August 31. The Vocaloid virtual idol's live concerts — one in the afternoon and one in the evening — will take place at the Yokohama Arena a day earlier on August 30.
On Hatsune Miku's sixth birthday (August 31), theaters across Japan will screen a delayed stream of the evening concert. That same day, theaters in Los Angeles and New York City will show the concert for US$20 a ticket. Theaters in Hong Kong, Taiwan, France, and Mexico will also screen the same event.
Live Viewing Japan will announce when tickets will be available in each country.
