Key Head: Angel Beats Game Not Yet Ready to Be Announced

Visual Art's/Key President Takahiro Baba acknowledged on his Twitter account on Monday that a possible game adaptation of the Angel Beats! anime is not yet at the stage where it can be announced. A follower had asked about the status of the possible game, since it has been almost two years with no updates since scriptwriter Jun Maeda first revealed it.

After Maeda revealed the possible adaptation in November of 2010, Baba cautioned that the project has not launched yet and that a formal green light had not been given.
