Angel Beats' Yuri Nakamura

In the above image, an unidentified cosplayer portrays Yuri Nakamura, one of the female protagonists of the Angel Beats! multimedia project. In the series, Yuri is the leader of the Shinda Sekai Sensen ("Afterlife War Front," SSS). When male protagonist Otonashi wakes up at the beginning of the series, he finds himself in a strange afterlife mimicking a Japanese high school. Yuri conscripts him into the SSS, an organization which fights the afterlife's student council president/maintainer, Angel.

The photo was taken at Fan Expo 2010, which took place August 27 to 29 in Toronto, Canada.
