Touhou Project's Flandre Scarlet

In the above photo, an unidentified cosplayer portrays Flandre Scarlet, a character from the Touhou Project videogame series. In the series, Flandre is a vampire and a resident of the Scarlet Devil Mansion, along with her sister Remilia and their maid Sakuya. Despite her young appearance, she is about 495 years old and has strong powers of destruction.
The photo was taken at FanExpo Canada 2010, which took place in Toronto, Canada from August 27 to 29.
